For the longest time, I've been wanting to make a recording of a live show available, so I enlisted my good friend Tyler Stark to record it. He's an audio engineering whiz and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. Thank you, Starky Stark and the Funky Bunch.

I tried to include a decent array of tracks from previous recordings while also debuting some Guts and Grot material. "Affenpinscher Takes Toy" had never been played live despite it being the eldest song on the setlist, which was fun. Also, Peter Vilardi was kind enough to lend his harmonies to "How Romantic?" and I am glad to finally have a cemented version of it for posterity.

The final song, "Plans," is a cover of the Same Ghost original and it is one of my favorite songs. I fucked up the lyrics twice because I'm never as nervous about performing as when I'm doing covers, especially when they mean that much to me.
